Job summary

Heart2Heart HHC Inc. is seeking Home Health Aids to serve United States Veterans in their homes, providing one-on-one care within individualized care plans. You will be detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated to creating a healthy environment that meets veteran needs.

Strong communication skills are essential, and prior Home Health, Respite, or Hospice care experience is a plus. We have special needs in Centerville, Miamisburg, and the Middletown area, with a flexible schedule and competitive

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
One year of professional experience in care settings.
Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Driver's license required.
CPR and CNA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, etc.
Care for clients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, light housekeeping, or assisting with personal care
Maintain records of client care, condition, progress, or problems to report to the veteran care team
Build relationships with clients by conversing with them to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
Oversee medication management reminders and assist as needed with daily activities
