Northbridge Communities is seeking a Van Driver to help transport residents safely to appointments, events and activities in Milford, NH. You will support residents, assist with loading/unloading, and help maintain a clean, safe van while upholding a friendly, caring demeanor.

Ideal candidates have a valid license and a patient, respectful approach to seniors, plus strong communication with residents and staff. Join our Engagement Team and grow with ongoing training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a passenger van safely and responsibly.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact positively with seniors.
• Respectful and patient attitude towards residents.
• Physical ability to assist residents with boarding and exiting the van.

Responsabilités

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments, outings, and community events.
• Ensure the comfort and well-being of passengers during transit.
• Assist residents with boarding and exiting the van safely.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the van, conducting routine inspections.
• Assist in community programs and activities as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and community members.
• Report any issues or incidents promptly.
• Uphold a friendly and helpful demeanor to create a positive experience for residents.
