This full-time role requires a valid Class F endorsement or driver’s license, TN CNA certification, a clean driving record, and the ability to assist residents with transfers and mobility while staying in communication with the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class F endorsement or driver's license.
• Active CNA in Tennessee.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to assist residents with transfer and mobility.
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
• Ability to work independently while communicating with the nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments and other approved destinations.
• Assist residents entering and exiting the vehicle.
• Provide assistance with wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility devices.
• Ensure residents are comfortable and secure during transportation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained vehicle.
• Follow facility transportation policies and safety regulations.
• Communicate appointment details, delays, or changes with staff.
• Assist residents with basic CNA duties before and after transportation.
• Complete required transportation documentation accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
