Woodland Manor Nursing and Rehab in Elkhart, IN is seeking a dependable Van Driver / Patient Transport to operate the facility vehicle and transport residents to appointments with compassionate care. The role is full-time (30 hours per week) with a day shift, and pays $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include escorting residents to appointments, assisting with entry/exit of the vehicle, and maintaining safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid Indiana driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, dependable, and safety-focused.
• Ability to interact compassionately with residents.
• Active CNA certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Escort residents to and from physician appointments, dialysis, and other necessary transportation.
• Assist residents safely in entering and exiting the facility vehicle.
• Provide courteous, professional, and compassionate service to residents.
• Follow all facility transportation and safety procedures.
