Qualifikationen

• Ability to work effectively with clients and aid them in adjusting to their problems.
• Basic knowledge of drug and alcohol addiction.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Ability to establish and maintain working relations with staff and the public.
• Knowledge of vehicle care and maintenance.
• Knowledge of GPS systems.
• Ability to work various shifts.
• Ability to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Work is performed in accordance with regulations, policies and procedures with initiative and judgment.
• Transport clients to appointments in agency vehicles and pick up prospective clients.
• Coordinate regular maintenance of agency vehicles with Supervisor.
• Arrange for repair of body damage to agency vehicles.
• Ensure inside cleanliness of the vehicle before pickup and after drop off.
• Ensure vehicle equipment including dispatching hardware and software are functioning properly.
• Work with facility staff to meet transportation needs.
• Perform written vehicle inspections regularly as directed.
• Report all accidents or incidents involving vehicles to Risk Management and Supervisor.
• Treat clients and staff with dignity and respect.
• Assist with routine duties around the facility when not driving.
