Qualifications

• Possesses exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively.
• At least one year related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides a warm welcome to patients, visitors and customers and assists with access to the establishment.
• Performs valet services: parking, retrieving, and delivering customer vehicles.
• Move quickly and safely to reach customers’ vehicles and drive them slowly and carefully.
• Follows standard operating procedures and safety policies.
• Provides front door assistance with information, directions, and assistance.
• Follows site-specific safety and security procedures and appearance standards.
• Handles cash, valet tickets, keys and equipment according to company policies.
• Performs concierge duties as needed, including hailing taxicabs and assisting at the front door.
• Keeps the work area clean and free of debris.
