Job summary

Galloway Ridge is seeking a compassionate Transportation Driver to help residents attend appointments and outings. The role includes assisting residents on and off vehicles and supporting mobility with assistive devices.

This floater position requires a CDL license, good communication with residents, and safe vehicle operation. You will report to Resident Services and contribute to a warm, caring community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CDL driver’s license is required.
• Knowledge of safe driving practices and basic vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Drive transportation vehicles for appointments and outings.
• Assist residents on and off vehicles.
• Help residents with assistive devices such as wheelchairs, walkers, canes, etc.
• Monitor and assist residents when outside the community.
• Maintain travel logs and daily maintenance checks.
