Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Aide – CNA to safely transport residents to appointments and activities while providing attentive, compassionate care. The role also supports CNA duties in the facility when not on transport.

Applicants must hold a valid Texas CNA certification, a clean driving record, and be at least 25 years old. You will contribute to resident safety, monitor vitals as needed, and report concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid drivers license and maintains a clean driving record.
• Is at least 25 years old (insurance requirement).
• Has a current Nursing Assistant Certification in Texas (CNA).
• Can pass the DMV check and qualify for company insurance.
• Completes the Employee Driver Proficiency program.
• Demonstrates strong communication, patience, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely Transport Residents: Drive residents to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and activities.
• Ensure Resident Comfort: Monitor safety and comfort throughout transport.
• Observe & Report: Watch for changes in residents condition during transport and report concerns promptly.
• Assist with Mobility: Help residents ambulate and transfer using assistive devices and proper technique.
• Monitor Vital Signs: Record vitals when needed during transport.
• Support the Team: Assist with CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents.
