Job summary

Brookestone Acres Care is seeking a compassionate Resident Transport Assistant to provide safe transportation for residents to appointments and outings, and assist with bathing and personal care to help maintain independence and dignity.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, with weekend and evening hours as needed. You will ensure comfort and safety, document transports, and communicate with residents, families, and the care team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to assist residents with bathing and mobility needs.
• Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents safely to appointments, outings, and community events
• Assist residents with bathing and personal care services
• Ensure resident comfort, dignity, and safety during care
• Maintain transportation schedules and documentation
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Follow all safety, infection control, and company policies
