Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities is seeking a Transportation/Maintenance Assistant to provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation for residents to activities, events, and medical appointments. You will also assist the Property Maintenance Technician with general building maintenance throughout the community.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record, and knowledge of basic tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and excellent driving record.
• General knowledge of building maintenance and common tools.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Motor coordination and depth perception for driving and tool use.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours.
• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and co-workers.
