Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US citizen or permanent resident.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Guide intended parents through the surrogacy journey with medical, legal, and emotional support.
• Attend monthly support meetings for surrogates and participate in the community.
• Work with a dedicated case manager and 24-hour emergency support line to ensure a smooth journey.
