Qualifications

• Have had at least one successful pregnancy
• US citizen or permanent resident status required

Responsibilities

• Provide gestational surrogacy care under agency guidance
• Undergo medical, legal and emotional support as coordinated by the agency
• Maintain communication with your case manager and attend scheduled check-ins
