Qualifications

• Must be between 21-39 years old.
• Must have had one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Provide gestational surrogacy services in accordance with agency processes.
• Coordinate with medical, legal, and emotional support teams.
• Maintain communication with intended parents and case managers.
• Attend onboarding and ongoing support sessions as required.
