Josh’s Care Company Ltd in Sheffield is seeking compassionate Care Workers to deliver person-centred care, helping clients maintain independence and personal interests while ensuring safety and wellbeing. No prior experience is required, as training and development are provided to help you grow in your career.

We offer a range of shifts including full-time, part-time and bank shifts, with days, nights, and waking nights available to suit your schedule and client needs.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Follow Care Plans and regulatory standards (CQC).
• Commitment to quality care and safeguarding of clients.
• Attend statutory and additional training as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care in line with best practice and company policies.
• Support clients to maintain personal skills, hobbies and independence.
• Follow individual Care Plans and report changes to Senior Carers, Nurses or Managers.
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of all clients.
• Encourage clients to connect with family, friends and the community.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and multidisciplinary teams.
• Communicate effectively to ensure high-quality care.
