Qualifications

• SNF experience preferred.

• Ability to work weekend/holiday rotations (FT/PT).
• Lift 50 lb independently; more with assistance.
• Dexterity for feeding, bathing, etc.
• Professional communication with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers.
• Ability to make independent decisions and respond to emergencies.

• Provide for personal care needs of residents and assist with activities as delegated by the nurse.
• Support residents and participate in activities while promoting dignity and respect.
