The Village of St. Edward is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for afternoon shifts at our Fairlawn, OH facility. This full-time role covers 3pm–11:30pm with 32–40 hours weekly, in a compassionate, not-for-profit setting dedicated to Christ-centered care.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities, maintaining safety, and following nurse directives. Strong communication and reliability are essential; prior SNF experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• State Tested Nursing Assistant certification (STNA).
• High school education or equivalent.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents as delegated by the nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Promote infection control and safety.
• Communicate with residents, families and staff with empathy.
