Qualifications

• Must be a current student in a nursing program or have completed a CNA program.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with care and patience.

• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Support residents with daily living activities, like feeding, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and activities.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
