Job summary

The Heights Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center seeks a compassionate State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) to join our caregiving team. You will provide essential support to our nursing staff and direct care to residents, ensuring comfort and well-being in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Current State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) certification in [State].
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.

• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and common areas.
• Assist with feeding and document food intake as required.
• Uphold infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Participate in staff meetings and training to improve skills.
