The Concord Care Center of Sandusky is seeking a dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant to join our caring team. You will provide direct resident care under a licensed nurse, assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and help administer medications as assigned.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital signs, and medications
• Develop and maintain a strong rapport with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and respectful environment
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and address the unique needs of each resident
• Perform tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care
• Assist with mobility and transfers, and provide range-of-motion exercises as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services
