Job summary

Concord Care Center of Sandusky is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our compassionate team. You will provide direct resident care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, and help with transfers and activities to promote independence.

You will work under licensed staff to administer medications as directed, maintain accurate records, and participate in care planning and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding residents
• Assist with resident activities, such as transferring, lifting, and positioning
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by licensed nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and reports
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in resident assessments and screenings to identify needs and provide recommendations for care
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
