Job summary
Legacy Health Services is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team, working Monday through Friday on DAY SHIFT and traveling between two OH locations: Tiffin and Fremont.
The STNA will provide compassionate resident care, assist with activities of daily living, document care, and collaborate with physicians and nurses. Ohio STNA licensure is required; strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
Qualifications
- STNA licensure in Ohio required.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality daily nursing care per the resident’s care plan.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ambulating, transferring, bathing, dressing, eating, toileting).
- Maintain accurate electronic documentation of residents' activities and needs.
- Participate in trainings and programs to maintain certification.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
- Communicate timely with team members for care plans and treatment.
