Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs (temp, pulse, BP).
• Support nursing staff by preparing equipment and assisting with procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe environment adhering to infection control.
• Communicate with patients, families, and care team about needs and progress.
• Document patient care in electronic health records.
• Support residents with disabilities to enhance quality of life.
