Job summary

Park View Care Center, part of Exceptional Living Centers, is hiring STNAs in Edgerton, OH. We seek compassionate, reliable individuals to provide high-quality care under supervision. As an STNA, you will assist residents with daily activities, monitor conditions, document vital signs, and support nursing staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of an approved nurse aide training and competency evaluation program.
• Valid STNA certification (state requirements).
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and a caring, positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility).
• Provide emotional support and build trusting relationships with residents and families.
• Monitor and report changes to the Charge Nurse; document vital signs and inputs/outputs.
• Support nursing staff during treatments and emergencies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, infection-free environment and participate in care planning.
