Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support residents in our senior living communities. You will provide bathing and grooming assistance, help with dining, assist with wheelchair transfers, and respond to call signals in a compassionate, respectful manner.

We offer full-time hours with pay starting at $17 per hour, on-site roles across multiple shifts in Canton, Ohio, and a strong emphasis on empathy, teamwork, and resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Passionate about working with the elderly.
• Punctuality and Professionalism are important factors.
• Interest in pursuing a career in Healthcare setting (ie, CNA, Nursing, Geriatrics)

Responsibilities

• Bathing, showering, and grooming/dressing assistance.
• Assist residents with dining.
• Wheelchair and walking escorts.
• Meal, activity, and medication reminder assistance.
• Answers resident call signals.
