Qualifications

• Must pass DOT physical and maintain fitness to drive.
• Must have a valid Ohio driver license with <6 points.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Experience with vehicle safety and daily pre/post-trip checks.

Responsibilities

• Safely pick up clients from Adult Living Facilities or other locations using company vehicle.
• Transport clients to and from daily program locations and ensure safety during transit.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Complete transportation documentation and billing/records as required.
• Attend weekly meetings for additional training and safety updates.
