Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville seeks a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, treat, and support patients with speech and language needs in an inpatient setting. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized therapy plans and document progress.

A valid state license, CCC certification, and CPR are required or obtained within 30 days of hire; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or eligibility in SLP.
• CCC certification required or to be obtained.
• CPR certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's with field experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer individualized speech-language therapy plans.
• Identify communication issues and adapt therapy as needed.
• Track progress and document patient responses to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and coordinate with care teams.
