Memorial Hermann Health System in Houston, Texas is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for 40 hours per week with an ongoing assignment. You will work in inpatient and outpatient settings across Memorial Hermann's network, delivering clinical evaluation and treatment plans under physician referral.

The role requires a graduate degree in Speech/Language Pathology, Texas licensure (ASHA certification preferred), and Basic Life Support.

Competenze

• Graduate degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited university-based program
• Current license to practice speech/language pathology by the State Board of Examiners for Speech Pathology and Audiology for Texas
• Current ASHA certification preferred
• Current Basic Life Support certification

Mansioni

• Performs complete, comprehensive evaluation of patients with physician referral
• Develops written plan of care with goals based on evaluation findings
• Implements a speech/language pathology treatment program and reassesses patient status
• Documents appropriately in the medical record and completes duties accurately and efficiently
• May serve as Clinical Instructor for Speech interns
