Qualifications

• Experience evaluating/treating speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Able to adapt treatment plans for diverse ages.
• LA license required; CCCs preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient safety standards.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient assessments and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families, including home programs.
• Document care per department standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for discharge planning.
• Participate in education, initiatives, and staff training.
• Contribute to performance improvement and process enhancements.
