Qualifications

• Two years of experience working successfully with children (preferred).
• Satisfactory outcome of fingerprinting check required.

Responsibilities

• Help meet individual needs of students, including transferring them to and from wheelchairs.
• Assist in physical needs and personal care including feeding and hygiene.
• Manage behavior of assigned students and intervene in crises as needed.
• Work with assigned students or small groups to develop motor skills.
• Assist assigned students throughout the school day.

Education

High school diploma or GED and ESSA or NCLB Certificate
