Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, showering, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Maintain residents' dignity, privacy, and independence.
• Monitor residents' skin condition and report concerns to nursing staff.
• Keep shower areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow infection prevention and safety procedures.
• Communicate with nursing staff about residents' needs and preferences.
• Create a positive and comfortable experience for residents.
