Job summary

The Ivy Golden Gate, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group, seeks a friendly Server to provide courteous dining service in our residential setting. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving residents and guests, and maintaining safety and etiquette in the dining area and kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but training is provided.
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, courteous manner.
• Take residents' and guests' food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Set up and break down tables.
• Maintain proper serving techniques and etiquette.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
