Job summary

Bethany Lutheran Homes Inc is seeking a Food Service - Server / Food Service Associate to join our team in La Crosse, WI. Roles include Lead Server and Server with various hours, including weekends, with potential driving duties.

Wage range starts at $16.00–$19.50 per hour, based on qualifications, hours, and experience. Benefits are provided after certain hours, and we offer a variety of insurance and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with seniors or in a long-term care community preferred.
• Valid driver license beneficial to assist with meal transport; must be 18+ and maintain a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve attractive meals that nourish residents and meet dietary needs; make mealtimes a highlight of the day.
• Duties include serving meals, bussing dishes, kitchen and dining cleaning, restocking and setting as well as other kitchen responsibilities.
• Assist with commons area cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and tidying spaces.
• Assist with inventory, meal delivery and food prep.
