Job summary
Heritage Hall Healthcare & Rehab Centers in Tazewell, VA is seeking a Server-Dietary Aide to join our kitchen team. You will assist with preparing nutritious meals and work with the clinical team to meet Residents' dietary needs. This role supports a compassionate, home-like environment.
Shifts are 12pm–8pm, Monday through Friday, plus every other weekend. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO and DailyPay to support our caregivers.
Qualifications
- Prior food service experience preferred.
- Prior healthcare experience preferred.
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
- Knowledge of dietary services practices and procedures.
- Weekend availability required (every other weekend).
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure nutritious meals for residents.
- Communicate and collaborate to serve meals to a large number of residents with specific needs.
- Assist with meal preparation and adhere to dietary requirements and safety standards.
- Support a clean, organized dining operation and patient-centered service.
