Job summary

American Senior Communities is hiring a full-time Bus Driver in Mishawaka, IN to transport residents to appointments and events with care and safety. You will assist residents, operate the bus with ramps and safety equipment, and coordinate with facility staff to ensure on-time outings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Customer service focused; able to demonstrate core values.
• CNA certification preferred with plan to obtain CNA within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents to and from appointments and outings safely.
• Operate a bus using ramps, wheelchair tie downs and other equipment safely.
• Communicate with facility to ensure timeliness and report incidents.
