Grace Management, Inc. at Northgate Park is seeking a part-time Server to serve meals to senior residents. Shifts run 6:30am–2:30pm or 3:30–7:30pm with every-other-weekend rotation, and experience in serving is required.

The Server will work to keep dining operations pleasant and efficient and prepare foods according to dietary standards. Successful candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, be able to read/write/speak English, and demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to bend, stand, lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be free of communicable disease.
• Completion of drug testing and criminal background check on hire and when requested.

Responsabilités

• Serve meals and manage dining room service for residents.
• Take orders, deliver trays, and buss tables.
• Set up dining room and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow dietary standards and infection control procedures.
• Work scheduled shifts and cooperate with team.
