Cambridge Village Wilmington is seeking a compassionate Housekeeping Attendant to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff in a senior living community. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.

You’ll perform daily cleaning, handle linens, sanitize rooms, and support staff trainings while upholding infection control and resident-centered service. We offer growth opportunities, immediate pay access, and a supportive workplace culture.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily and weekly cleaning of resident apartments and common areas.
• Change and launder linens (where applicable).
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, furniture, windows, and flooring.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize assigned areas.
• Complete deep cleaning tasks such as refrigerator defrosting, mattress turning, and window washing on a scheduled basis.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies.
• Report maintenance needs promptly.
• Uphold infection control and safety procedures.
• Provide warm, professional customer service to residents and guests.
• Support new team members and attend required trainings.
• Perform additional housekeeping or light maintenance duties as needed.
