Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper for a Friday-Tuesday shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm. The role supports cleanliness of resident apartments, bathrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas in a senior living community.

Ideal candidates demonstrate reliability, empathy, and teamwork in a fast-paced, physically active environment, with a focus on exceptional hospitality for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Ability to work assigned shifts including early morning, weekends and holidays.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for operation.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments and bathrooms: dust, vacuum, beds, spot-clean carpets.
• Collect, wash, fold, and return resident laundry.
• Dispose of trash, replace liners, maintain common areas.
• Communicate respectfully with residents and guests.
• Clean administrative offices, hallways, and common areas.
• Sanitize common area bathrooms and restock supplies.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in interactions.
