Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Regular, on-site attendance and punctuality are required as scheduled.
• Cleans resident apartments and common areas per Hawthorn guidelines and schedules.
• Vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
• Deep cleans of apartments and common areas as scheduled.
• Serves meals to residents, delivers meal trays as needed, and clears dining tables.
