Job summary

Oakmont of Novato, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group, seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean resident apartments, public areas, and laundry services in a friendly, compassionate environment. You will follow safety standards and support residents with respectful care.

Prior housekeeping experience is preferred; must be 18+, have a high school diploma, and be able to pass background and health screenings.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Must pass background check and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
