Better Living Management Services in Iowa is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents in our assisted living community. You will clean resident apartments and common areas, following infection control practices, to support resident dignity and comfort.

This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Formación

• Experience in healthcare or senior living preferred.
• Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and infection control standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Compassionate and respectful demeanor when working around older adults.
• Must pass required criminal background check and health screenings.
• Read, write, and comprehend English.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitize resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas.
• Perform daily and scheduled cleaning of common areas such as hallways, lounges, dining rooms, activity spaces, and restrooms.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sweep, and polish floors and furniture as needed.
• Change linens, make beds, and launder resident or facility items as assigned.
• Safely handle and store cleaning supplies following infection control and safety protocols.
• Adhere to community policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
