Job summary

Holiday by Atria - Walnut Woods is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain community interiors, including resident apartments, providing a clean and sanitary environment. You will also serve meals to residents and be part of a supportive team that values your contributions. The role requires effective communication, organization, and knowledge of sanitation practices. The salary range for this position is between $13.50 and $16.20 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• Ability to retain orders (up to four at one time).
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Community interior, including residents’ apartments, in a clean and sanitary manner.
• Provide general housekeeping for both the Community and individual resident apartments.
• Deep clean resident apartments as needed, focusing on main entry areas.
• Serve meals and beverages to residents and guests.
• Assist in kitchen duties and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
