Job summary

This full-time role offers flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with wages between $17.50 and $19.50 per hour plus Cascade Living benefits. Previous hotel or senior living experience is preferred, and dependable transportation is essential.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience at hotels, country clubs or other similar high-end senior living communities
• Desire to work with seniors
• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
• Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time
• Sufficient mobility and strength to move through the building and assist residents
• Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
• Ownership attitude to stay focused despite interruptions
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to detect odors and spots and spills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency
• Cleans (dust, dry mop, wet mop, sanitize, scrub) assigned resident apartments and common areas daily
• Washes and folds laundry, distributes clean linens and towels and maintains a stocked cleaning cart
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
• Actively participates as a member of a team and works toward team goals
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living
