Job summary

Richmond Heights Senior Living in Ohio is seeking a Cook to prepare nutritious, appetizing meals for residents and support a positive dining experience. You will work with a team to ensure high standards of food safety and quality in a warm, caring environment.

Responsibilities include handling materials, ordering and restocking, preparing meals for all meals, following recipes, maintaining inventory, and delivering meals in a fast-paced setting while supporting fellow staff.

Responsibilities

• Handle and store raw materials, cooked food, and non-food supplies properly
• Order, restock, and maintain inventories for kitchen supplies and equipment
• Prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Follow establishment recipes when preparing meals
• Prepare ingredients in accordance with menu requirements
• Adhere to food health and safety procedures
• Cook, clean, and assist other staff in daily operations
• Deliver food in a fast-paced environment
• Work shifts as assigned by the Dietary Director
