Responsibilities

• Prepare proper amounts of all menu items per dietary spreadsheets and recipes.
• Supervise other kitchen workers in supervisor's absence.
• Open/close kitchen depending on shift; receive orders and supervise staff.
• Maintain sanitation and housekeeping per sanitation list and safety standards.
• Follow food safety standards and attend daily production meetings.
• Report food needs in writing and coordinate with supervisor.
