Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation in all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, dining rooms, activity spaces, and outdoor patios.
• Assists with light housekeeping tasks in community areas (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash).
• Keeps entrances, sidewalks, and exterior areas safe and well-kept.
• Collects and disposes of trash and recycling from designated areas.
• Maintains cleanliness of trash chutes and dumpster areas.
• Assists with room or furniture setup for resident events, programs, or community functions.
• Delivers supplies, packages, and equipment to appropriate departments or resident apartments.
• Monitors for maintenance or safety concerns and reports them to management.
• Provides friendly and respectful assistance to residents, families, and visitors.
• Upholds infection control and safety standards in all duties.
• Performs other related tasks to support community operation and presentation.
• Collaborates with maintenance and management teams to address community needs.
