Stoney Brook of Copperas Cove is seeking a Full-Time Resident Assistant to provide compassionate care and support to residents, helping them maintain independence and dignity within a respectful environment.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of prior resident care experience, effective communication, and a High School diploma or GED. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with comprehensive benefits and paid training offered.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains residents’ records daily in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activities and meals.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly environment for the residents.
