Alto Tavares Senior Living by Allegro in Tavares, FL is seeking Resident Assistants for full-time and part-time roles. You will help residents with daily living activities, assist with dining, and maintain a safe, caring environment under supervision of nursing staff.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and capable of working in a team-focused senior living setting. Certifications are preferred but not always required, with CPR/First Aid strongly encouraged.

Formación

• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, senior living, or service environment preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Must meet state certification and licensure requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility.
• Prepare residents for meals and assist in dining room.
• Respond to emergency call systems and requests for assistance.
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ condition to supervisor.
• Communicate professionally with residents, family members, team members, and visitors.
• Maintain required resident care documentation and follow policies.
• Assist with resident transportation and light cleaning as needed.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, HIPAA, and residents' rights requirements.
