Job summary

Benedictine Health System in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and foster meaningful relationships in a supportive environment.

You will observe, document, and assist with onboarding of new Associates, while communicating effectively in English and maintaining high standards of care. This role offers a 0.5 FTE schedule and a pathway to growth within our nonprofit Midwest network.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
