Millcroft Living is recruiting for a hospitality focused Server to join our culinary team. This role provides full-scope, hands-on serving functions within the community. Schedule: Mon-Fri with every other weekend, 3pm-7pm.

Responsibilities include setting tables, taking orders, serving meals, and maintaining a clean, inviting dining area for residents. High school sophomore or equivalent and food-service experience preferred; seniors experience helpful.

Qualifications

• Sophomore year of high school minimum.
• Experience in food service preferred.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccination proof or approved exemption required.

Responsibilities

• Set tables and maintain clean, organized workstations.
• Take orders, serve meals, and respond to guest questions with courtesy.
• Ensure dining area looks inviting and adheres to service standards.
