Job summary

A senior living community in Roseville is seeking a Care Provider to assist residents with Activities of Daily Living. Responsibilities include providing personal care, ensuring safety, and fostering teamwork. Ideal candidates are customer service-oriented, have a strong desire to work with the elderly, and must have a High School diploma or GED. Training is provided for the right candidate. Competitive pay range of $16.50/hr to $17.50/hr.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as specified.
• Respond to residents’ needs promptly.
• Communicate any observed or suspected changes to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions.
